How do I submit a support ticket

Solution

Submitting a support ticket is fairly easy. Once you at the secure web site https://support.rutakus.net/ you will see blue lettering underlined (this is common to show url or web site/app link) that says "Submit a ticket". Once there you will see a list of different categories to choose from. This is so those who now the department they wish to speak with may get there faster as we have more then one department. If you not sure which to choose just pick the general category. We will get you to the right area.

An email address is required to prevent spam and also give you updates to the status of your ticket. You will also get a code that you SHOULD keep record of so that you can view your support ticket as well. See attachment for the page you get once you get your ticket number and to know you succesfully submitted a ticket through our system
